Andrew Phillips, Senior Director of Software Engineering
Andrew Phillips is currently a Senior Director of Software Engineering at ShareFile (formerly Citrix) leading both product and platform teams for the ShareFile business unit. He brings with him over 23 years’ experience as both an individual contributor and in technical leadership working at everything from startups to international banks.
Most recently he was Head of Cloud Services at Deutsche Bank, responsible for the front to back cloud platform including product, core engineering, and reliability building and running the underlying platform and solutions on Google Cloud. Prior to that he led the Swype east coast engineering through to a 100-million-dollar acquisition by Nuance Communications and stayed on to lead the handset divisions SDK and Cloud efforts with billions of installs and hundreds of millions of connected devices worldwide. He brings extensive experience building mobile, server, and platform solutions.
