Join us on February 13 at 6 p.m. for the next installment in our “Leadership in Technology” Speaker Series, featuring Shamyla Lando, CTO and SVP of Labcorp! This talk will explore the intersection of AI, data and healthcare.
Shamyla Lando is the current Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Labcorp, a leading global life sciences company that provides vital information to help health care decisions. She has over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale IT teams, overseeing enterprise architecture, cloud/Data platforms, global infrastructure and service delivery teams, enterprise/business application development, customer service operations and Research technology teams. Lando has worked for prestigious organizations such as the Duke Health System/School of Medicine (CTO), Mayo Clinic (Division Chair), Medtronic and Convergys.
Lando is recognized as an IT futurist and transformation leader who focuses on how technology strategy can support business growth through collaborations and partnerships. She is passionate about improving health care and well-being for the elderly and future generations through innovative technology solutions. She enjoys mentoring young women who aspire to pursue careers in technology.

This presentation explores how the convergence of technological innovation, generative AI and the proliferation of healthcare data is transforming the future of medicine.
