Mueller and Marathe Project Wins 2007 Gelato (IP)2 Award
Congratulations to Dr. Frank Mueller and his doctoral advisee, Jaydeep Marathe, as their project entitled “Hardware Profile-Guided Automatic Page Placement for ccNUMA Systems”, garnered the April 2007 Gelato (IP)2 Award, Innovative Project on Itanium Processors.
Their work was selected from the outstanding line-up of projects as voted by the Gelato ICE Program Committee along with HPCwire magazine.
The purpose of the Gelato (IP)2 Award is to recognize projects presented at Gelato ICE that have been identified as having a potentially great impact on the Itanium-based platform.
In addition to being recognized at the Gelato ICE: Itanium Conference & Expo held in San Jose, CA, April 15 - 18, the two will also receive an interview with HPCwire magazine.
