A few simple steps to assist in scheduling seminars
in this series:
If you are a faculty member, hosting the speaker:
- The room 402A Withers on the Historical Campus has been reserved from 3:30
till 5:00 PM each Thursday during the Fall and Spring semester. If you cannot
schedule the seminar for a Thursday, 4--5PM in Withers 402A, please make
sure you reserve the room first. See also the list of semester breaks, etc.
- at least 2 weeks before the seminar, mail a plain-text document to Franc
Brglez with
- time, date, and place of the talk
- title, abstract, speaker affiliation, brief biography, and home
page URL
- a day before the seminar,
- ensure that A/V equipment expected by the speaker is available
- contact the support staff if there are special A/V equipment requirement
If you are a speaker, interested in presenting
your work in this seminar series:
- mail a plain-text document with
- suggested time and date(s) ... See also the list of semester breaks, etc.
- title, abstract, speaker affiliation, brief biography, and home
page URL
- A/V equipment requirements
- to either
- a potential faculty host, or
- Franc Brglez (who will
match you with a potential faculty host).
