Enterprise 2025 – AI, Ethics, and the Future of Work
Abstract: In just five short years, you will work with robots. Not the scary robots portrayed by Hollywood, but AI assistants that know you, help you, and work alongside you. These assistants will make you superhuman by reading more than you possibly can, finding answers in all types of data nearly anywhere it resides, and navigating the “app sprawl,” with its myriad of sign-ons, interfaces, and processes that hinder productivity. While this idea may seem farfetched, Igor Jablokov, CEO of Pryon, will show how augmented intelligence will make it a reality. He’ll paint a picture of a future of 2025 where enterprises and employees are connected to the full powers of automation, machine learning, and natural language computing. Importantly, he’ll address the important ethical questions around bias, privacy, authenticity, and autonomy that the future of AI surfaces and how to prepare for what’s ahead including: What are the governance factors to consider? How do we get the right data? Do you need an ethics practice? By exploring these ethical challenges, he’ll help you identify the key areas you need to focus on now to build a more agile, competitive, and responsive enterprise.
Speaker Bio
Igor Jablokov is the CEO of Pryon, an artificial intelligence company focused on Augmented Intelligence for the enterprise. Named an “Industry Luminary” by Speech Technology Magazine, he previously founded industry pioneer Yap, the world’s first high-accuracy, fully-automated cloud platform for voice recognition. After its products were deployed by dozens of enterprises, the company became Amazon’s first AI-related acquisition. The firm’s inventions then served as the nucleus for products such as Alexa, Echo, and Fire TV, now used by billions of people. As a Program Director at IBM, Igor led the team that designed the precursor to Watson and developed the world’s first multimodal Web browser.
