Shamyla Lando is the current CTO and SVP of Labcorp, a leading global life sciences company that provides vital information to help health care decisions. She has over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale IT teams, overseeing enterprise architecture, cloud/Data platforms, global infrastructure and service delivery teams, enterprise/business application development, customer service operations, and Research technology teams. She has worked for prestigious organizations such as Duke Health System/School of Medicine (CTO), Mayo Clinic (Division Chair), Medtronic, and Convergys.
Shamyla is recognized as an IT futurist and transformation leader, who focuses on how technology strategy can support business growth through collaborations and partnerships. She is passionate about improving health care and well-being for the elderly and future generations through innovative technology solutions. She enjoys mentoring young women who aspire to pursue careers in technology".
