Application deadlines for the Computer Science department’s graduate programs are as follows:

1. U.S. citizen and Permanent U.S. residents
   • PhD, Fall admission: December 15
   • Masters, Fall admission: May 1
   • Masters, Spring admission: October 15
   • Certificates: No fixed deadlines
2. Foreign nationals
   • PhD and Masters, Fall admission only: December 15

Notes:

• Applicants must ensure that all letters of recommendation are uploaded by December 15. Late submissions may not receive full consideration.
• Spring admission is only for U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
• Pay close attention to any pre-submission warning emails from our program.
• Applicants who have previously been denied admission are discouraged from reapplying.
• The CS Department requires official transcripts and degree statements for application review, which differs from the Graduate School’s general policy.
