Chris Stanley is a results-driven executive known for leading global business development, product management and high-tech solution delivery with a focus on excellence. He brings a rare blend of strong technical comprehension and business acumen, coupled with a collaborative leadership style and analytical mindset. Throughout his career, he has been recognized by colleagues and teams as a versatile leader, inspirational coach and dedicated mentor who builds high-performance teams that consistently exceed expectations.
Stanley has more than 28 years of progressive leadership experience across multiple functional areas including business development, product management, software engineering and large-scale program management. His work spans the globe, with demonstrated business growth in South America, Europe and Asia.
He currently serves as Vice President of Clinical and Digital Solutions at Labcorp. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Analytics Development at Allscripts and Vice President of Customer Experience Management Marketing at JDSU. At Nortel, he held several leadership positions and consistently delivered outstanding results. As Release Team Leader for Carrier Voice over IP (CVoIP), his team delivered multiple software releases on schedule with enhanced capabilities that helped drive 40 percent revenue growth over two years. Later, while leading CVoIP Business Development, he identified new opportunities that led to tripled revenue and a number one market share position globally.
Stanley is known for his integrity, transparent communication style and commitment to collective success. He thrives on helping teams achieve what once seemed impossible and remains deeply invested in the growth and development of those around him.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State University, graduating summa cum laude with a concentration in communications. He has received numerous awards throughout his career at Allscripts, JDSU and Nortel.
