Bio

Dylan Perry is a Director of Front-End Development at Fidelity Investments, where he leads the engineering teams responsible for Fidelity’s Health and Benefits digital experiences, serving millions of customers. He guides a team of engineers focused on delivering high-quality, accessible digital solutions that make managing healthcare expenses easier for individuals and families. Dylan explores and implements new technologies, including virtual assistants and other AI-driven customer experiences. Dylan began his career in Fidelity’s Leap program which introduced him to the firm and fanned his passion for building things that help make complex customer experiences simple. Since then, he has advanced through engineering roles of increasing responsibility. Dylan has led key initiatives, from expanding online self-service to reduce call volumes, to creating and launching the Fidelity Health® App. His expertise is in front-end development, digital accessibility and applying AI to enhance digital experiences.

As a proud alumnus of North Carolina State University (B.S. in Computer Science, ’15), Dylan is passionate about mentoring the next generation of technology leaders and giving back to the community that shaped his career. Dylan has stayed involved with the Leap program as well, helping curate the curriculum and supporting the Leap alumni network. He also holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys cheering on the Wolfpack, playing softball, traveling and taking long walks with his wife, Ariel, and his dog, Finley (named for Carter-Finley Stadium, of course!).
