Trung Nguyen is a seasoned technology strategist and transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience driving innovation across the healthcare and supply chain industries.  As the AVP of IT Solution Delivery at Blue Cross NC, he leads mission-critical initiatives that unlock business value, elevate customer experience, improve member health, and foster enterprise agility.  He brings deep expertise in technology strategy/execution, DevSecOps, native cloud development, continuous delivery, digital experience, and continuous improvement mindset.  

His engineering background and strategic mindset have enabled him to guide high-performing, cross-functional teams through enterprise-scale digital evolutions, CICD adoption, cloud adoption, migrating to microservices architecture, clinical data exchange and automation of business processes, with a laser focus on achieving business value.  He is known for cultivating empowered, agile teams aligned to long-term organizational goals, Trung champions continuous improvement and delivery practices that make innovation sustainable and scalable.

Trung holds a BS in Computer Engineering from UNC Charlotte and a MS in Computer Engineering from NC State.
